Simple privacy for a simple static website.

This site uses limited analytics to understand visits and improve its pages. It does not use fingerprinting scripts.

Information you choose to send

If you contact us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, property city and service details. Do not include payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, alarm codes or other highly sensitive information.

Forms

Until a secure form endpoint is configured, service-request and feedback forms open your email application. If a third-party form provider is added, this policy should be updated.

Analytics, cookies and storage

We use Google Analytics to understand site visits and interactions. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and receive information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, referring pages and interaction events. We do not send the contents of service requests or feedback messages to Google Analytics. Google processes analytics information under its privacy policy. You can limit cookies through your browser settings.

Links to Google, Facebook, Nextdoor or other services have their own privacy policies.

Hosting logs

The host or content-delivery network may collect standard server logs for security and operations.
