- Locate the documented site using family and cemetery information
- Place customer-provided or prearranged flowers and ordinary decorations
- Pick up litter, leaves and small loose debris by hand
- Light hand wiping of an accessible marker when cemetery rules permit
- Remove expired arrangements when authorized
- Send clear before-and-after photos and condition notes
Respect and scope: We do not dig, disturb soil, move markers, repair monuments, apply chemicals, remove established plantings or override cemetery rules. Structural monument work and regulated grounds treatment stay with the cemetery or qualified specialists.
